Who can apply to be a registered vendor of MAHB?
Any company legitimately registered in Malaysia through the Malaysian Company Commission.

Is there any fee for the registration?
Yes. For a new approved registration, RM200.00 is payable upon collection of registration certificate.

What is the validity period of registration?
Two (2) years from approved date of registration

As registered vendor, is my company guaranteed to be awarded any contracts from MAHB?
No. MAHB shall not in any way guarantee to award contracts to its registered vendor.

When shall I renew my registration?
Companies are encouraged to renew registration within three (3) months before the expiry date of registration.

Is there any fee for renewal?
Yes. For an approved renewal, RM100.00 is payable upon collection of renewal certificate.

Can I renew my registration once it is expired?
Yes, definitely you can renew your registration

Do I need to submit any supporting documents?
Yes. Registrants are required to submit supporting documents described in the on-line registration. Failure to submit the documents shall render your application rejected.
